Delete your Nexisode account

This page is about the Nexisode app by Andreas Ulvund. You can delete your account and the data that goes with it in two ways.

In the app

1. Open Nexisode and sign in.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top right.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. The account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email contact@andreasulvund.no from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Nexisode account". I will reply to that address to confirm, and delete the account within 30 days. If you cannot write from that address, say so in the email and I will ask you to confirm in another way that the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, password hash and user ID.
• The shows you follow.
• The episodes you have marked as watched.
• Your sign-in sessions.

What is kept

Nothing is kept on purpose. Backups kept by the hosting provider may contain a copy until they are overwritten, and technical logs the provider keeps for security may remain for a limited time. I do not use these for anything else. See the privacy policy.

How long it takes

In the app: right away. By email: within 30 days.
